A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A Customer Care Agent

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our internal and external customers. You will handle incoming calls, acting as a detective to identify issues and provide solutions. Whether you are scheduling services, processing payments, or updating customer records, your goal is to ensure our customers feel reassured and valued. Additionally, you will proactively reach out to customers through outbound calls to confirm technician schedules and ensure accounts are settled. We operate in a collaborative environment that aims to achieve the Service Center's objectives each month. Your computer proficiency, problem-solving skills, and dedication to creating a positive experience in every interaction will be key to your success.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Professional appearance
  • Able to commit to a minimum 40-hour workweek
  • Willingness to work occasional overtime as needed
