Your responsibilities will include managing physical security operations at datacenters and other relevant facilities within your assigned region. You will work closely with the vendor security guarding staff to ensure they have the necessary resources and information to deliver physical security services that meet Microsoft and customer requirements. Additionally, you will analyze potential security threats, alert or risks, and escalate them to the critical incident response team and/or external authorities when necessary.
You will also partner with datacenter operations, security systems, and other Microsoft stakeholders to maintain a secure and continuous operation environment while fostering a One Team, One Microsoft culture. Your efforts will focus on continuously improving the efficiency and maturity of the overall physical security program at Microsoft datacenters, identifying opportunities to reduce churn, optimize resources, and implement creative solutions to problems whenever possible.
