We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team as a Clinical Specialist Resident at Kaiser Permanente. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing expert physical therapy services to our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement personalized physical therapy treatment programs for patients with diverse medical conditions.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities and develop targeted treatment plans to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and patient satisfaction.
- Pursue ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices in physical therapy.
