Join Our Team as a Sales Route Specialist

We are excited to offer a competitive $3500 SIGNING BONUS that is structured as follows:

  • $500 after 90 days
  • $1000 after 6 months
  • $2000 after one year of service

The Sales Route Specialist is a full-time role that entails the delivery, sales, and merchandising of PepsiCo's extensive range of products, including popular brands such as Lays, Doritos, Cheetos, Tostitos, and Fritos. You will be responsible for servicing local retailers, including convenience stores, discount shops, and major grocery chains.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate a PepsiCo delivery vehicle to various retail locations.
  • Independently unload product orders and merchandise items on store shelves.
  • Collaborate with store management to enhance sales performance.
  • Maintain accurate records and manage orders throughout your workday.

What You Can Expect:

  • Comprehensive training program lasting four to six weeks, focusing on driving and sales techniques with our dedicated team.
  • Opportunity to run routes for team members, allowing you to experience diverse retail environments and connect with new customers.
  • Drive sales growth by fostering relationships, implementing promotional displays, and executing national sales initiatives.
  • Establish a consistent route with designated days off.
  • Work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and physically engaging environment.
