About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Client Account Associate. In this role, you will play a critical function in assisting senior management with implementing client goals. This includes managing day-to-day account operations, liaising with clients, and supporting executive staff in daily client maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a schedule of assigned clients and ensure timely follow-up on client matters.
  • Manage call time sessions with fundraising clients, including planning, preparation, tracking, and follow-up.
  • Coordinate and manage fundraising events, including contribution collection, organization, and follow-up.
  • Draft correspondence on behalf of clients.
  • Support executive staff in daily client maintenance, including tracking lobbying activities and submitting reports.

Requirements:

  • Must be energetic, creative, motivated, and able to function productively and effectively with a degree of autonomy.
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to engage clients and build relationships quickly and effectively.
  • Extraordinary attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Personal integrity and commitment to customer service.
  • Willing to work nights and weekends.
  • Minimum of one year's experience in organizing, advocacy, or campaign/not-for-profit fundraising related areas.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Google for Business, with experience in NGPVAN and Votebuilder a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree required.

Benefits:

  • This is a primarily remote position, but requires occasional travel to attend ad-hoc client meetings and staffing events.
  • Competitive salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per annum.
