Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Replenishment Associate to join our Supply Chain Team at Staples, Inc. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate replenishment of inventory in our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, cherry pickers, and pallet jacks to pick and move product within the warehouse.
  • Verify accuracy of product and work with colleagues to address discrepancies and damages.
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external contacts to clarify and resolve issues.
  • Manually unload trucks and palletize products.
  • Match item quantities and descriptions to packing slips on returned items, check in returned product, and tag it appropriately.
Requirements
  • Minimum three (3) months related experience in a warehouse environment.
  • Ability to pass a drug screen to the extent permissible legally.
  • Basic English language skills (both verbal and written communications).
  • Ability to work at heights up to 60 feet or more as needed.
  • Ability to lift, push or pull boxes/merchandise weighing between 70 pounds and 100 pounds by hand.
  • Ability to walk and stand 100% of the time.
Preferred Qualifications
  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience.
  • Prior experience operating warehouse equipment, such as forklift, pallet jack, and cherry picker.
