Job Title: Lead HVAC Technician

TemperaturePro - Inland Northwest is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead HVAC Technician to join our team. As a Lead Technician, you will oversee our HVAC operations, manage a team of service technicians, and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of service technicians to ensure efficient and effective operations
  • Conduct daily check-ins and reinforce company processes to ensure quality services
  • Mentor and train technicians to improve their skills and knowledge
  • Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with customers, workers, and owners
  • Troubleshoot and service residential and light commercial HVAC systems
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • EPA Certification and at least 5-7 years of HVAC experience
  • Strong problem-solving skills and experience with troubleshooting, repairing, servicing, and installing various HVAC systems
  • Experience managing technicians or employees to work efficiently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Trustworthy and reliable with a strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction
