Maintenance Planner

Rise Baking Company is seeking a skilled Maintenance Planner to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs and schedules
• Partner with the Maintenance team to plan, coordinate, and schedule proactive maintenance
• Provide metric calculation and reporting
• Utilize the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to process and prioritize work orders
• Help develop job plans to ensure standard work procedures are followed
• Partner with maintenance management and purchasing to manage spare parts inventory
• Provide leadership in proactive manufacturing principles and implementation
• Maintain maintenance supplies and recordkeeping

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical school program completion preferred
• 3+ years of maintenance experience
• Maintenance mechanic experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
• CMMS experience and overall computer proficiency
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance principles and practices
