Overview:
Brookdale St. Augustine is committed to providing exceptional care and services to our residents. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents, providing personalized care and support to meet their unique needs.

Responsibilities:
Our CNA will work closely with our community management team to provide seniors with personalized care, including vital sign checks, clinical procedures, and assistance with activities of daily living. This may include:

• Providing assistance with showers, bathroom assistance, dressing/grooming, and other personal care needs
• Checking in with residents, assisting with dining, and performing vital sign checks and clinical procedures according to community policy
• Maintaining certification as a CNA/STNA and adhering to community policies and procedures

Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must have:

• Successful completion of a State CNA/STNA course
• Current certification as a CNA/STNA
• Ability to maintain certification and adhere to community policies and procedures
