Nursing Station Technician

We are seeking a skilled Nursing Station Technician to join our team at Woodwinds Health Campus in Woodbury, MN.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Nursing Process to achieve outcome-focused patient care
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Reinforce patient education as directed by clinical staff
- Document patient information in EHR and/or other electronic systems
- Maintain knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, policies, and standards
- Successful completion of Fairview's OnTrack Nursing Assistant training program
- OR six months of recent direct care experience in a long-term, home care, or acute care setting
- OR current enrollment in an LPN, RN, or Nurse Practitioner program, and completion of one semester of clinical rotation within the program
- OR current certification on the Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry upon hire
- Basic Life Support (BLS for Healthcare Providers) certification required
