Job Responsibilities

The Supply Chain Associate position at Stauffer Glove & Safety is responsible for coordinating the procurement process, including communicating with vendors, customers, and internal teams. This role requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure timely delivery of products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate records of purchase orders and deliveries
  • Coordinate with the Sourcing Team to resolve any issues with vendor pricing or item data
  • Schedule product pick-ups and communicate with the Fleet Manager
  • Run reports to ensure timely shipment of purchase orders
  • Place online orders with selective vendors
  • Obtain POD information for drop-shipment purchase orders
  • C Coordinate product testing and repairs with vendors
  • Cordinate product returns with suppliers

Requirements:

  • High School Degree required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation:

  • Salary range: $55,000 - $70,000 per year
  • Benefits package includes 401K + matching, health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and hybrid work schedule
