Job Summary:
Tate Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Buyer to join our team in Red Lion, PA. As a key member of our Supply Chain department, you will be responsible for purchasing functions to ensure the timely flow of critical materials.

**Estimated Salary:** $75,000 - $100,000 per year

About the Job:
The Senior Buyer will perform purchasing functions in a fast-paced environment, ensuring adequate inventory levels and optimal costs. Key responsibilities include managing vendor relationships, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and resolving critical issues. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of material applications, cost drivers, and commodity trends, as well as excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to meet business objectives
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiate prices, and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Analyze market trends, forecast demand, and adjust purchasing strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve supply chain efficiency and reduce costs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business administration, or related field preferred
- Minimum 3-6 years of relevant experience in supply chain and procurement functions
- Strong knowledge of purchasing processes, vendor sourcing, and supplier negotiation
- Previous experience with material management, inventory control, and MRP systems
- Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 applications
