The Senior Automotive Service Specialist plays a crucial role in diagnosing and repairing vehicles efficiently while adhering to industry standards and best practices.
COMPENSATION: $105,000 - $150,000/yr - VARIES DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose vehicle issues based on relevant certifications and experience.
- Perform services as detailed in the Multi-point Inspection and/or Repair Order with precision and efficiency.
- Communicate technical findings and necessary repairs to non-technical personnel, including management and customers.
- Advise on essential services to maintain vehicle performance; document all recommendations accurately.
- Adhere to safety protocols and report any safety concerns to management.
- Maintain required ASE certifications and renew any expiring credentials.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Professional experience in vehicle diagnostics.
