Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Clinical Dietitian to enhance our healthcare services. In this role, you will oversee the Dietary Department's operations, ensuring compliance with facility policies and clinical standards while addressing the nutritional needs of our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of nutritional care, including assessment, planning, monitoring, education, and counseling for both inpatients and outpatients across various environments.
- Adhere to performance improvement protocols and comply with regulations set by JCAHO and other relevant agencies.
- Exhibit accountability in organizing and planning nutritional care for patients.
- Evaluate patient dietary requirements and restrictions to create and implement effective dietary care plans.
- Establish measurable short-term and long-term nutritional objectives and assess outcomes.
- Ensure precise calculations of nutritional needs tailored to individual therapeutic requirements.
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation in medical records in line with facility standards.
- Oversee meal service to ensure adherence to prescribed diets and quality standards.
- Engage in patient rounds and respond proactively to enhance patient outcomes and experiences.

Qualifications:
- Valid Dietitian/Nutritionist license in the practicing state.
