Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to lead our Firehouse Subs restaurant team. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for the overall success of the restaurant, including sales growth, customer satisfaction, and employee development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Restaurant Operations: Ensure the restaurant is in full compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, including health regulations, hour and wage regulations, age restrictions, fair employment practices, ADA, OSHA, and any other appropriate regulations required for the legal operation of the business.
  • Leadership and Development: Provide leadership to the restaurant team to consistently meet standards of superior guest service, quality, and cleanliness while embracing the Firehouse Subs culture of a cheerful and fun work environment and Firehouse Subs beliefs and values.
  • Financial Management: Ensure the profitability of the business by operating within established guidelines and requirements for food cost, labor, controllable, utilities, and sales growth.
  • Marketing and Community Involvement: Actively participate in local restaurant marketing in the local trade area and implement and promote all Public Safety Foundation initiatives.
  • Employee Management: Be accountable for the proper staffing of the restaurant with qualified personnel and employees who are trained and developed properly.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1+ years of management experience in the restaurant industry.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
