Health Advocates Network, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our team. As a key member of our mental health services team, you will be responsible for providing a range of psychological services to individuals and groups.
Key Responsibilities- Provide Psychological Services: Evaluate and provide a variety of psychological services to individuals and groups, including specialized assessments and interventions.
- Supervise and Train: Supervise unlicensed psychology staff and provide clinical and/or administrative supervision to direct care staff.
- Develop and Implement Treatment Plans: Develop, implement, monitor, and revise treatment plans, interventions, and programs.
- Conduct Assessments and Interviews: Conduct and/or supervise individual and group psychotherapy or counseling sessions, and evaluate individuals' eligibility for services.
- Maintain Records and Documentation: Maintain records and documentation consistent with regulatory requirements.
- Provide Clinical Leadership: Provide clinical leadership, program management, and training in the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of psychological disorders.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in social work, counseling, or other related fields.
- Leadership Qualities: Strong leadership qualities and ability to build rapport with clients.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Credentials: A valid and current CPR card (American Heart Association) and up-to-date credentials in the state of CA.
