The Account Coordinator will serve as a key interface between customers and the operations team at Amports, a leading provider of automotive service solutions. This role requires effective communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and resolve any issues in a timely manner.
- Process daily paperwork for ship arrivals, shipments, and returns, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Enter data into the E-tracking system, maintaining up-to-date records of vehicles processed.
- Update and maintain the port tracking system, ensuring real-time visibility for customers.
- Resolve customer account issues, providing solutions and alternatives when necessary.
- One-year certificate from college or technical school, or three to six months of related experience and/or training, or equivalent education and experience.
- Proficiency in computerized systems, including AS400 and NetSuite, with strong Excel skills.
This is a full-time position, requiring 8 hours of work per day, Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime. The ideal candidate will be punctual, dependable, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
