Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Take food and beverage orders from customers and enter them into our point-of-sale system.
  • Deliver food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Perform side work as required by service station assignment.
  • Maintain a clean and organized service area.
  • Monitor and observe customers' dining experience and respond promptly to any requests or concerns.
  • Prepare final bills and present checks to customers.
  • Process credit card charges or make change as needed.
  • Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a server in a comparable restaurant is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of the predominant language(s) of our customers.
  • Punctuality and regular attendance.
  • Honesty and integrity.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with customers, management, and coworkers.
  • Basic math skills and ability to make change.
  • Basic reading and writing skills.
  • Multi-task oriented and able to perform multiple job functions at one time.
  • Ability to follow workplace safety procedures.
Work Environment

The Server will work in a fast-paced restaurant environment and will be required to stand and walk throughout the entire shift. The Server will also be required to continuously reach, bend, lift, carry, stoop, and wipe. Regularly lifting up to 50 lbs. is also required. Moderate exposure to extreme temperatures is also expected.
