As a Bartender - Cocktail Server at Drury Hotels, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests. This role requires a high level of integrity, service, and hospitality, as you will be the face of our brand and a representative of our company culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Open and close the hotel Kitchen+Bar, maintaining a clean and well-organized environment.
  • Serve and assist guests, providing a high standard of service and hospitality.
  • Prepare and mix a wide variety of drinks in a fast-paced environment, performing duties of bartender, prep cook, and cocktail server as needed.
  • Handle money, make change, and utilize office machines in normal day-to-day activities.
  • Operate machines and equipment used, including cash registers, POS software, dishwashers, and kitchen equipment.

Requirements:

  • Must be 21 years old or older.
  • One year of bartending experience required, with two or more years preferred.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with completion of two years of college preferred.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain all appropriate certifications per Company requirements.
  • Ability to take written and verbal direction in English and communicate effectively in English.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and all levels of team members.
