Geriatric Care Provider Wanted

AgeRight Clinical Services seeks a highly skilled and experienced Family, Adult, or Geriatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate to join our team.

Job Details

We offer a range of benefits, including a competitive salary of $120,000 to $150,000 per year, paid time off, 401k with company match, health, dental, and vision insurance, flexible scheduling, generous CMA allowance, $2,000 for CME each year, license renewal reimbursement, and malpractice coverage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality patient care through clinical interventional and episodic direct care visits.
  • Diagnose and treat common acute illnesses and injuries.
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests to inform treatment decisions.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Perform minor surgical procedures as needed.
  • Review medications, orders, and diagnostic tests, and respond to clinical abnormalities appropriately for all patients under their care.
  • Participate in advanced care planning conversations.

Qualifications

  • Hold a current, unrestricted Oregon state license, or be able to obtain an Oregon state NP or PA license and current board certification in your field.
  • Possess a Masters Degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies.
  • Have experience working with older adults in a clinic, medical office, or urgent care setting.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in medical documentation and coding.
  • Hold a current DEA certificate.
