Advanced Practice Provider

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider to join our team as an Emergency Medicine Specialist at Northwest Acute Care Specialists. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, collaborating with a skilled team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.
About the Role:
This position involves assessing and treating urgent care and emergency care patients, collaborating with other team members on patient care, diagnosing and prescribing therapy, and routing patients to higher levels of care as appropriate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assessing and treating patients in a timely manner
- Collaborating with other team members on patient care
- Diagnosing and prescribing therapy based on assessments and patient-provided subjective data
- Routing patients to higher levels of care as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree from an accredited University or College
- Masters Degree as required by specific Advanced Practice Provider role
- Demonstrated ability to satisfy standards of performance delineated by law and associated professional practice standards
- Ability to manage heavy workload with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- Regular and consistent attendance at work
- Current licensure as required by specific Advanced Practice Provider governing board(s)
- Certified Nurse Practitioner or certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous Emergency Medicine experience as a PA or NP
