Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Strategic Plans: Create and execute plans to improve supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with various departments, including production, logistics, and procurement, to ensure seamless execution of plans.
- Analyze and Improve Processes: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize processes, reduce waste, and increase productivity.
- Manage Budgets and Resources: Oversee budgets and resource allocation to ensure effective use of company resources.
- Develop and Maintain Relationships: Foster strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and resolve issues promptly.
- 10+ Years of Experience: Proven track record of success in supply chain management, operations, or a related field.
- Strong Leadership Skills: Ability to lead cross-functional teams and motivate others to achieve goals.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Business Acumen: Understanding of business principles and practices to make informed decisions.
- APICS or Other Materials Planning Certification: Certification in materials planning or a related field.
- Lean Principles and Tools: Experience with lean principles and tools, such as value stream mapping and material flow.
- Supply Chain Software Experience: Familiarity with supply chain software, such as ERP systems.
