Job Title: Maintenance Electrician

Job Summary:

Pilgrim's is a leading global poultry producer seeking a skilled Maintenance Electrician to join our team. As a Maintenance Electrician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting electrical systems, maintaining electrical equipment, and implementing new control systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Troubleshoot electrical systems and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  2. Maintain electrical equipment through regular PM procedures and repairs.
  3. Assist in implementing new control systems and processes to improve efficiency.
  4. Research and develop better electrical processes and controls.
  5. Monitor and track recurring electrical issues and provide solutions to resolve them.
  6. Identify weaknesses in electrical equipment and develop solutions to improve performance.
  7. Train operators and maintenance technicians on electrical equipment operations and troubleshooting.
  8. Assist maintenance personnel in maintaining an efficient production operation.

Requirements:

  • Industrial Electrician License or Journeyman's Electrician License with industrial electrical experience.
  • Extensive schematic reading capability.
  • Any and all other electrical certifications.
  • Preferred 3-5 years of documented experience.
