  • Wash glasses and dishes in standard dish racks, adhering to strict sanitation and hygiene protocols.
  • Ensure that all cleaning tasks are completed to maintain a neat and clean kitchen environment, including sweeping up broken glass/dishes and mopping up spills.
  • Empty full and heavy trash cans, ensuring they are sprayed and sanitized after each use, and replace with new trash bags.
  • Follow all Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) protocols and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Perform other duties in other areas of the kitchen as assigned, including assisting with plating banquet events when needed.
