Sales Representative Opportunity at NSFit, Inc.

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Sales Representative to join our team at NSFit, Inc. This role is focused on growing our memberships and creating exceptional experiences for current and prospective members.

About the Role
  • Present membership packages to clients based on their desired goals and financial abilities, driving revenue growth and achieving sales quotas.
  • Responsible for club revenue generation from membership sales, contributing to the attainment of immediate and long-term financial goals.
Key Responsibilities
  • Execute the sales process for new memberships, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
  • Conduct gym tours to guests and potential members, showcasing the benefits and amenities of our facilities.
  • Achieve minimum production requirements and sales quotas, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
  • Stay up-to-date on company pricing and promotions, providing informed advice to clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of all company-sponsored and employee-sponsored events, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Establish and maintain a minimum required referral program, fostering a culture of collaboration and mutual support.
  • Participate in production meetings, sharing insights and ideas to drive business growth.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of, adhere to, and enforce Company policies and procedures as they pertain to gym operations, promoting a safe and healthy environment.
  • Maintain a positive relationship with all staff, supporting colleagues in achieving their goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Previous sales experience in fitness membership sales is preferred, but not essential.
  • Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills are required, with a proven track record of building strong relationships.
  • Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships and other services, demonstrating a results-driven approach.
  • Passion for health and fitness, with a genuine interest in helping others achieve their wellness goals.
  • Basic computer proficiency, with experience using software applications and technology to manage sales processes.
Compensation and Benefits

The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary of $16.00 per hour, reflecting the value and expertise brought to the role.
