Direct Counsel, LLC is collaborating with a distinguished law firm recognized nationally in the legal sector to identify a Structured Credit CLO Associate with 2 to 6 years of experience. The Structured Credit division specializes in collateralized loan obligations (CLOs) and other complex financing transactions, including asset-based lending (both bilateral and syndicated). Our clientele comprises top-tier international investment banks and asset management firms.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage in sophisticated finance transactions, providing legal expertise and guidance.
- Work closely with clients to deliver innovative solutions tailored to their needs.
- Participate actively in deal teams, contributing to the firm's reputation for excellence in structured finance.
Qualifications
- A Juris Doctorate from a prestigious law school.
- A minimum of 2 to 6 years of experience as a Structured Credit associate within a law firm environment.
- Exceptional analytical abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
Compensation
The anticipated salary range for this role is between $235,000 and $390,000 annually, contingent upon experience and other relevant qualifications.
