We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional outcomes in neurovascular care at Providence St. Vincent Medical Center.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in neurovascular care.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current Oregon Registered Nurse License.
- Current National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification.
- National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale Certificate - NIH Stroke Scale Training Course within 90 days of hire.
- 1 year of nursing experience.
