About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to join our team at a top-ranked shipbuilding company. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing electrical maintenance and operations on our marine vessels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise electrical maintenance and repair activities on our vessels
  • Develop and implement electrical maintenance schedules and procedures
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure electrical systems are functioning properly
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
  • Develop and manage electrical maintenance budgets and forecasts
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical maintenance and operations in the marine industry
  • Proven experience in management and supervision of electrical maintenance teams
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems and safety protocols
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
