Key Responsibilities:

  • Enhance team performance in both Back of House (BOH) and Front of House (FOH) to achieve daily excellence and superior guest service.
  • Foster a positive atmosphere of pride and teamwork to drive sales and retain top talent, in collaboration with the General Manager.
  • Proactively promote guest satisfaction and address any restaurant-level concerns or complaints.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to identify, interview, and recruit top candidates to meet current and future staffing needs.
  • Assist in managing the financial and operational success of the business to achieve its objectives.
  • Lead by example through effective performance management, coaching, and exemplifying service standards and company policies.
  • Ensure a safe, secure, and healthy environment by adhering to sanitation standards and legal regulations.
  • Maintain regular communication with the General Manager to address daily tasks and issues efficiently.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the General Manager.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:

Physical Requirements: The employee must be able to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; talk or hear; taste or smell. The team member may occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

Work Environment: While performing the duties of this job, the team member may be exposed to weather conditions prevalent at the time. The noise level in the work environment is typically moderate and consistent with a restaurant setting.
