Yoshinoya America, Inc. is seeking a talented and experienced leader to join our team as a General Manager. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading our restaurant operations, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

About the Role

We are looking for a strong leader who can motivate and inspire our team members to achieve their best. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, including hiring, training, and development of team members
  • Driving sales growth through effective marketing and promotional strategies
  • Ensuring exceptional customer experiences through quality food, service, and cleanliness
  • Managing restaurant finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and controlling costs
  • Leading and developing a high-performing team to achieve business objectives

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 2 years of quick service restaurant management experience
  • Strong leadership, supervisory, and communication skills
  • Stable work experience with a history of progression
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule and multitask throughout your workday
  • Reliable transportation to work opening and closing shifts

Yoshinoya America, Inc. has quietly reinvented itself over the past 4 years under a new leadership team. New brand positioning, menu items, remodels, upgraded systems, and improved execution have resulted in comp-store sales increases of more than 25%. During the same period, the QSR segment has seen little if any sales growth. Our remaining stores will be remodeled this year as we start to open restaurants in new markets. Over the next few years, we plan to nearly double the size of the company.
