Job Summary

Foxdale Village Corporation is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As a full-time LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents.

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
  • Administer medications as prescribed by the physician, adhering to established policies and procedures.
  • Utilize specialized clinical equipment and nursing care procedures to ensure safe and effective care.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues, residents, and family members to ensure continuity of care and efficient work responsibilities.
  • Accurately document resident information using the Point-Click-Care electronic health records system.

Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of practical nursing
  • Licensed to practice nursing in the state of Pennsylvania as a Practical Nurse (LPN)
  • Valid CPR card
