Protouch Staffing is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the Adult Oncology Infusion Center. As a key member of our collaborative and supportive team, you will provide compassionate and comprehensive care to patients undergoing cancer treatment.
Responsibilities:
- Administer chemotherapy and biotherapy infusions, blood product administration, and other treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Provide procedural care, phlebotomy/lab draws, and urgent care visits as needed.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
- Provide education and emotional support to patients and families throughout their cancer journey.
Requirements:
- Current RN licensure and certification in Oncology Nursing.
- Experience in an infusion center or oncology setting preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Work Environment:
The Adult Oncology Infusion Center is a high-volume outpatient setting with a diverse team committed to providing exceptional patient care. Our clinic is open Monday through Friday from 7:30am to 8:30pm and Saturday and Sunday from 7:30am to 4:30pm. Some weekend work is required. We offer a collaborative and supportive work environment with opportunities for professional growth and development.
