Key Responsibilities
  • Procurement of vehicles from a pool of over 200 leads monthly.
  • Supporting the sales team with customer trade evaluations, including off-contract and lease-end vehicle purchases.
  • Completing all necessary purchase documentation with clients and gathering required paperwork for transactions.
  • Utilizing DMS/CRM systems and other online resources effectively for vehicle acquisition.
Qualifications
  • Familiarity with CRM and DMS systems is advantageous, but not mandatory.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Exceptional customer service abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Friendly and positive demeanor.
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and systems.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
