Job Title: Lead Retail Team Member

At Fanatics, we're building a leading global digital sports platform that ignites the passions of global sports fans and maximizes the presence and reach for our hundreds of sports partners globally.

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Retail Team Member to join our team in Jacksonville, Florida. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will play a critical role in driving sales results, supporting back-of-house operations, and delivering an exceptional fan experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales results through consistent execution of daily operations
  • Support back-of-house operations, including stockroom organization and inventory management
  • Partner with leadership team to make decisions on revenue targets, per-cap sales, and unit-per-time sales
  • Work with retail associates to ensure an exemplary fan experience
  • Communicate expectations and provide training to retail associates as needed
  • Coach retail associates based on observed job performance and knowledge of operational excellence
Requirements:
  • Minimum 18 years of age
  • Minimum one year working in retail or sales preferred
  • Ability to work independently and responsibly in a fast-paced environment
