At SAS Retail Services, we're seeking a detail-oriented Retail Team Lead to oversee product placement and movement within retail settings. This role involves ensuring products are displayed effectively, moved efficiently, and tracked meticulously to maximize sales opportunities for stores and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement product placement strategies to drive sales growth
  • Collaborate with suppliers to optimize product movement and inventory management
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to inform product placement decisions
  • Lead a team of merchandising specialists to achieve sales goals

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of merchandising experience
  • Supervisory or project leadership experience
  • Ability to engage in physical work, including lifting up to 25 lbs and standing for extended periods
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
