Cybersecurity Operations Specialist

We are currently seeking a Cybersecurity Operations Specialist to enhance our intelligence team. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of cyber operations, particularly in enterprise computing and telecommunications network systems.
Required Qualifications:
- Active TS/SCI Clearance
- Educational Background:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent certification
- Professional Experience:
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- Recent experience in a Security Operations Center (SOC), similar intelligence community program, or industry red team
Essential Skills:
- Overall Experience:
- Proficient in exploiting commercial network infrastructure and conducting cyber operations
- Analytical skills and experience in computer network defense
- Familiarity with common digital network packet protocols (TCP/IP) and network analysis tools
- Experience in binary analysis, assembly, and source code for operational support
- Ability to research, acquire, and develop tools and concepts, including infrastructure remediation and vulnerability analysis
- Documenting operations and updating tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) while communicating risks
- Core Skills:
- Command Line Interface (CLI) proficiency on Linux and Windows
- Understanding of network design principles
- Scripting capabilities in Bash and Python
- Experience with semi-automated scripted operations
- Strong critical thinking abilities
- Collaborative work ethic
- Knowledge of computer network protocols and analysis tools
- Specialized Skills:
- Reverse engineering expertise
- Programming proficiency in C and C++
- Experience with network manipulation tools (e.g., transparent proxy, load balancing, IDS/IPS)
- Familiarity with packet manipulation technologies in high-performance environments
- Development experience for Linux, Microsoft Windows, and/or MacOS operating systems
