Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Compression / Injection Molding Operator to join our production team at i3 Assembly LLC. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in an industrial setting and be familiar with safety procedures and quality control standards related to compression and/or injection molding.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate compression and/or injection molding machines in accordance with the production schedule.
  • Inspect produced parts for quality and conformity with specifications.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot compression and/or injection molding machinery to ensure optimal performance.
  • Document production and inspection results accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Assist with material handling and preparation as required.
  • Adhere to all safety procedures and regulations within the plant.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the shift supervisor or manager.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience as a Compression and/or Injection Molding Operator or a similar role in a manufacturing setting is preferred.
  • Knowledge of the operation and maintenance of injection molding machinery.
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality control.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
  • Willingness to work in shifts and during weekends if necessary.
  • Physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy items.

  • Plant setting. The role involves physical work and may require lifting heavy items or standing for extended periods.
