Cardiac Care Registered Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Cardiac Care Registered Nurse to join our team at Swedish Cherry Hill. As a Cardiac Care Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in our Cardiac Progressive Care unit.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess, identify, and prioritize patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, ensuring seamless transitions and effective communication.
  • Provide education and support to patients and families, promoting health literacy and self-management skills.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices.
Requirements:
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Washington.
  • 1 year of experience in Cardiac Progressive Care or a related field.
  • National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale Certificate - NIH Stroke Scale Training Course within 90 days of hire.
