Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Management: Provide strategic direction and leadership to our team, ensuring a positive and supportive work environment.
- Financial Management: Oversee the financial performance of the community, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Resident Care: Ensure the highest level of care and service for our residents, including quality assurance and regulatory compliance.
- Business Development: Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and revenue, including sales and marketing initiatives.
- Team Development: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, including coaching and mentoring.
- Community Engagement: Foster strong relationships with residents, families, and the local community, ensuring a positive reputation for Sunrise Senior Living.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, healthcare, or social services.
