Job Title: Infant Lead Teacher

At Xplor Preschool & School Age, we are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Infant Lead Teacher to join our team. As a key member of our early childhood education team, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and engaging learning environment for our youngest students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement our proprietary curriculum, ensuring a literacy-based and structured approach that is flexible and adaptable to meet the needs of each child.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to build relationships with families, school administration, and the community, promoting a culture of care and support.
  • Provide high-quality instruction and care to infants, ensuring their physical, emotional, and cognitive development.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development, staying up-to-date with best practices in early childhood education.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in early childhood education or a related field preferred.
  • At least 6 months of experience working in licensed childcare; previous experience in a lead teacher role a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, communicate effectively with families and colleagues, and maintain a safe and healthy learning environment.
