Key Responsibilities- Maintain a clean and organized call office, adhering to company standards.
- Provide accurate and courteous service to customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Count and process garments, ensuring accurate invoicing and inspection for stains or damage.
- Search for foreign objects and describe various services available to customers.
- Inform customers of potential problems and work with them to resolve issues.
- Inspect, sort, and tag garments for return to customers, ensuring efficient and accurate processing.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring adequate supplies are available.
- Collaborate with all departments to ensure smooth and timely creation of a positive customer experience.
- Communicate, research, and resolve customer service problems and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- At least 3 years of prior experience in a fast-paced retail service-oriented environment.
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
- Stable prior employment history.
- Able to pass a drug test and background check.
- Must be willing to work Saturdays and long hours if needed.
- Able to lift and carry garments.
- Able to stand for long periods of time.
- $13.00 beginning hourly wage, plus a $.50@ hr on-time bonus.
