Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As a Pediatric Nurse Specialist, you will be responsible for providing quality care to our patients, while working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities
  • Provide Quality Care: Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Supervise and Monitor: Supervise and monitor nurse technicians to ensure that they are providing high-quality care to our patients.
  • Medical Administration: Maintain accurate medical administration records, including medication administration records, pharmacy labels, and physician's orders.
  • Training and Education: Provide training and education to staff on policies, procedures, medication, and treatments.
  • Liaison: Act as a liaison between ChildWay and DME, Pharmacy, and other physician's offices.
Requirements
  • License and Certification: Active and current license to practice as a professional Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Nurse Practitioner (LPN).
  • Experience: 1 year of experience in pediatric nursing, preferably in a long-term care setting.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
