Work Environment:
This position involves supporting multiple clinics, ensuring high-quality patient care in areas such as ENT, Orthopedics, Podiatry, Sports Medicine, Rheumatology, Infectious Disease, Pain Management, and Plastics.
Patient Care Responsibilities:
- Implement and oversee patient care plans, documenting and communicating patient conditions effectively.
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Execute physician and nursing orders diligently.
- Assist in discharge planning in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Utilize evidence-based practices to tailor nursing care to individual patient needs.
Key Qualifications:
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the relevant state.
Physical Demands:
- Frequent standing, walking, and communication.
- Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 25 lbs regularly.
- Occasional lifting of patients and performing physical tasks.
Work Schedule:
This role requires flexibility in scheduling, with shifts varying between morning and evening hours.
