Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Caregiver Program Manager to lead our Direct Support Services team in providing high-quality support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional care.

Responsibilities
  • Manage staff performance, provide coaching, and mentorship to ensure excellent service delivery
  • Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, budgeting, and reporting
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement policies, procedures, and quality improvement initiatives
  • Maintain accurate records, complete required documentation, and monitor budgets and finances
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
Qualifications
  • Experience in direct support or management roles, preferably in disability services
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work collaboratively with others
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality
  • Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or related field preferred
Salary Range

$16.00 - $16.60 per hour
