Clinical Nurse - Progressive Care Unit

Overview

As a Clinical Nurse in the Progressive Care Unit, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing all aspects of the nursing process while providing and/or supervising direct patient care. Your role will involve assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care tailored to the specific needs of patients across various age groups.

Your responsibilities will include coordinating care with a strong emphasis on patient education, self-management, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the care continuum.


Key Responsibilities
  • Administer medications and procedures in accordance with established policies and protocols.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to influence care outcomes.
  • Demonstrate leadership and innovative approaches in managing complex patient care.
  • Participate in the development, implementation, evaluation, and revision of policies and procedures.
  • Provide constructive feedback to peers and support colleagues through knowledge sharing.
  • Evaluate the outcomes of evidence-based practices and make necessary adjustments.

Work Environment

Qualifications

To qualify for this position, candidates must possess:

  • A current, unrestricted nursing license from any U.S. state or territory.
