Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deploy quality-related training programs to educate employees on company and ISO 9001 requirements.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards by coordinating and performing internal audits.
- Monitor and report on quality control key performance indicators and corrective actions.
- Interface with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and reduce costs.
- Manage the Quality Index System - QIS and incoming inspection and final test control plans in SAP.
- Evaluate component deviations from the quality standpoint.
- Other duties and tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Engineering degree or equivalent work experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 standard required. Knowledge of ISO 19011 preferred.
- Root cause analysis and other investigative techniques, including statistics required.
- Experience with SAP environment required.
- Knowledge of Automation products required. Knowledge of WEG Automation products and UL requirements a plus.
- Knowledge of Portuguese and/or Spanish a plus.
- Ability to analyze data and identify trends, strong attention to detail, and ability to work independently and in a team environment.
