Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deploy quality-related training programs to educate employees on company and ISO 9001 requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards by coordinating and performing internal audits.
  • Monitor and report on quality control key performance indicators and corrective actions.
  • Interface with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and reduce costs.
  • Manage the Quality Index System - QIS and incoming inspection and final test control plans in SAP.
  • Evaluate component deviations from the quality standpoint.
  • Other duties and tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Engineering degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 standard required. Knowledge of ISO 19011 preferred.
  • Root cause analysis and other investigative techniques, including statistics required.
  • Experience with SAP environment required.
  • Knowledge of Automation products required. Knowledge of WEG Automation products and UL requirements a plus.
  • Knowledge of Portuguese and/or Spanish a plus.
  • Ability to analyze data and identify trends, strong attention to detail, and ability to work independently and in a team environment.
