We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Resource RN to join our dynamic team at the University of Vermont Health Network. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality care to a diverse population of patients across various inpatient units.
Key Responsibilities:- Care for a mixed population of patients across the UVM Medical Center.
- Float between different units to help cover inpatient staffing needs.
- Support up to 20 different units, including Medical-Surgical, Cardiology/Telemetry, Critical Care, and Maternal Child.
As a Resource RN, you will work collaboratively with a team of RNs and LNAs to provide exceptional patient care. Our leadership team provides training and support to ensure your success in this unique role.
