Position Summary
As a Client Support Specialist at ClearPoint Federal Bank & Trust, you will be instrumental in assisting the Trust Administration team. Your role will encompass daily trust management activities, delivering client support, and aiding in various facets of trust accounts. We seek a meticulous individual with outstanding organizational abilities and a proactive mindset for resolving issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily trust administration functions including fund transfers, client reporting, and document organization.
- Provide assistance to primary clients and act as a backup on accounts as necessary.
- Support Trust Administrators with research and analytical tasks.
- Engage effectively with clients, investment advisors, auditors, and other relevant parties.
- Assist the Customer Service team by responding to client inquiries and overseeing the Customer Service email.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities and comprehend client requirements to recommend appropriate services.
- Facilitate training for new users on the client portal.
- Embrace additional responsibilities as required and pursue continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of applicable work experience.
- Experience in customer service is advantageous.
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication capabilities.
- Ability to work autonomously and adhere to deadlines.
- Proficiency in trust accounting software, Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Familiarity with preneed funeral and cemetery trusts is a plus.
