We are seeking a highly skilled Egress Technician Team Lead to join our F-16 team at Lockheed Martin Corporation. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical guidance and leadership to ensure the successful completion of egress system maintenance and production activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide status of work documents and establish priorities for production and sustainment egress systems
  • Perform on and off equipment maintenance on F-16 egress systems
  • Provide technical guidance for the assembly of ejection seats, canopies, rails, and other egress system components
  • Support production goals and objectives, including safety, quality, schedule, and cost
Requirements
  • 8 years' experience in aircraft manufacturing, maintenance, modification, repair, and overhaul on fighter aircraft egress systems
  • 2 years' experience in F-16/ACES II seat build-up, rail build-up in aircraft production
  • 2 years' experience in shop floor management/Solumina
  • Previous quality inspector experience and training instructor experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to problem solve and lead a team to meet critical schedules and resolve technical issues
