Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the program, ensuring the highest level of care and support for our clients, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Development and Implementation
    • Develop and implement program policies and procedures to ensure the highest level of care and support for clients.
    • Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Staff Supervision and Training
    • Supervise and train staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality care and support.
    • Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to staff to ensure they are meeting program expectations.
  • Client Services
    • Ensure that clients receive high-quality care and support, including individual and group counseling, case management, and medication management.
    • Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure that clients receive comprehensive and coordinated care.
  • Compliance and Quality Assurance
    • Ensure that the program is in compliance with all regulatory requirements, including OASAS regulations.
    • Conduct regular quality assurance reviews to ensure that the program is meeting its goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Master's degree in a related field, such as social work, counseling, or psychology.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in substance abuse treatment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
  • Certifications and Licensure
    • NYS Advanced CASAC or higher credential or other Qualified Health Professional (QHP) Certification or Licensure (RN, LCSW, LMSW, LMHC, etc.) required.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to supervise and train staff.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, staff, and external stakeholders.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
